Katie joined Lichfields in 2006. She works across a wide range of development sectors, with a particular focus on industrial and logistics, commercial and residential projects. Katie has extensive experience of preparing and co-ordinating large scale planning applications and the promotion of land through the development plan process.
Katie has a background in town centre and retail planning , but her most recent project experience includes the implementation of the DIRFT III Development Consent Order on behalf of Prologis UK Ltd and providing planning consultancy support to McDonald’s Restaurants Ltd in their delivery of new restaurants across England.
