Neil Westwick

Neil leads a team in the Newcastle office working with a variety of clients from the housing, infrastructure and tourism sectors. Neil has particular expertise in the housing sector where he has worked on a wide variety of projects from small residential schemes to large strategic projects. His experience includes undertaking development appraisals, co-ordination and management of consultant teams, the submission of planning applications, preparing and coordinating Environmental Impact Assessments, Development Plan representations and promoting strategic sites. He has also prepared and given evidence at Appeal and Call-in Inquiries and Examinations in Public. Neil joined Lichfields in 2005.
