Nick Baker

Nick is an experienced major projects team member. He promotes large scale mixed use projects throughout the UK on greenfield, Green Belt and brownfield regeneration sites.  His projects generally have a commercial or residential focus, but often include a wide range of supporting uses, community facilities, green space and infrastructure. His work includes long term strategic land promotion through local plans alongside detailed applications, providing him with skills and experience for all stages of the development process from site acquisition to disposal and beyond. Nick also has significant experience in town centre and retail development. He joined Lichfields in 2005.
