Nicki Mableson

Leading in Environmental Impact Assessment co-ordination and its relationship to the planning system, Nicki also provides general planning and development advice, manages large multi-disciplinary teams and carries out stakeholder consultation.  Her experience encompasses a range of large scale schemes with a particular focus on nationally significant infrastructure and complex urban regeneration developments.  Particular examples include York Potash, ARM Cambridge and the NE Leicester Urban Extension.  Nicki joined Lichfields in 2002 having previously worked for five years in the North West.
