Selina Pazos

Selina is an Economics Consultant specialised in Economic Development and Regeneration projects and is involved with a wide range of public and private sector clients. She has particular expertise in appraising and developing business cases, local plan evidence base work, and assessing the economic impacts of major mixed-use regeneration schemes, as well as major infrastructure projects, including solar farms and transport schemes. Selina appreciates the links between physical and economic regeneration and the interaction between economics, planning, transport, and the environment. She joined Lichfields in 2021, having previously worked for a multinational private sector consultancy.
