Seán Farrissey

Seán joined Lichfields in 2019 having achieved a Geography and International Development degree at the University of East Anglia and completing his Masters in Spatial Planning and Development from the University of Reading, Henley Business School.

Through Seáns role in the Law and Policy team he has provided planning advice on numerous projects and helped solve policy and law related queries for Clients. These queries have ranged from providing advice on the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) to assisting colleagues to identify the correct Permitted Development legislation for their schemes. Seán has also prepared planning applications for submission across a variety of sectors.

Seán become a Chartered Member of the RTPI in February 2023.
