This mixed use development in Stanmore town centre includes the construction of a new supermarket and 120 residential units. Our initial role was to prepare a daylight and sunlight envelope to define the site’s maximum development parameters in relation to natural light constraints. This informed the design development process at Anmer Lodge from an early stage of the project. Our detailed daylight and sunlight assessment was then prepared to accompany the planning application.
