Aviva is one of our longest standing clients, collaborating for over 20 years. We work closely with asset managers to protect and enhance the value of assets in many different ways. We have facilitated changes of use and alterations - including new plant, shop fronts and advertisements - to accommodate new tenants through to assisting on feasibility studies and due diligence exercises.
We monitor competition in surrounding centres and emerging policy in development plans in order to identify potential development opportunities and enhance value in the future. Where major development opportunities emerge we are able to mobilise full planning teams quickly and combine that with a detailed knowledge and a longstanding commitment to the asset to secure the necessary approvals.
Our work for Aviva Investors is a prime example of how we have forged a highly effective and longstanding partnership and one which is very important to the history of our business.
