H10 London Waterloo
H10 Hotels
H10’s RIBA award-winning hotel sits at an important node in the planning of Georgian South London, opposite St George’s Circus. Designed by Maccreanor Lavington Architects, the hotel has become one of the most commonly cited precedents for high quality, mid-rise brick architecture. Lichfields secured the original planning permission on appeal and then obtained a modified permission to meet the requirements of H10. Our work included specialist heritage and townscape impact assessments.
We were very pleased to work on this landmark hotel which is a great example of how design and materials can contribute to lasting quality in the built environment.
