The Ability Group
Hilton London Syon Park Hotel enjoys a stunning setting within the grounds of the Grade I listed Syon House. The 150 bed hotel with conference and spa facilities has enabled the restoration of the house and park. Lichfields provided planning, heritage and Environmental Impact Assessment advice and, alongside Kim Wilkie, also produced a Landscape Conservation Plan which assessed the significance of the Capability Brown landscape and set out a plan for enhancement of the site.
This development was an unusual opportunity and the outcome is one we are very proud of – it brought the best out of our combined planning, heritage and Environmental Impact Assessment skills.
