Bewley Homes
On behalf of Bewley Homes, we submitted an application for a new residential development in Spencer’s Wood, to the south of Reading. The site, which is located within one of Wokingham Borough Council’s Strategic Development Locations, will deliver around 30 new homes as part of a larger development area.
As well as preparing and submitting the planning application, Lichfields also provided heritage advice in relation to nearby listed buildings, and graphic design services preparing an information leaflet for nearby residents. Once planning permission is granted, the site will help to deliver much needed new housing in the Thames Valley.
We are delighted that we were able to provide a ‘one stop shop’ planning, heritage and consultation services for this important development in the Thames Valley.
