From planning permissions for new stores, store extensions and refurbishments, to advice on logistics, head office properties - and changes to national planning policy - we have provided planning consultancy support to M&S for over 30 years. During this time we have led the planning application process for the roll out of the Simply Food / Foodhall format, major new stores, and store extensions. We also work for M&S reviewing retail developers’ planning applications and permissions ensuring they meet strict operational criteria. Finally, we prepare minor works, planning and advertisement consent applications, in order to tailor stores to M&S’ requirements.
Working from all of our offices around the UK we are delighted to have provided a wide range of planning services to M&S for well over a quarter of a century, helping to deliver the roll out of established and new retail formats in a variety of locations.
