McCarthy & Stone
By using spatial mapping and analysis, Lichfields assessed three existing care facilities against McCarthy and Stone’s site selection requirements. This enabled McCarthy and Stone to make a business decision as to the best way to take these schemes forward.
By using our in depth knowledge of the shifting planning policy context, and drawing upon our in-house GIS and mapping experts, we were successfully able to advise our client in relation to their schemes. We believe this work made a significant contribution to inform our client’s business decision.
