Stoddart Street

Newcastle has recently seen a huge increase in demand for purpose built student housing.  Responding to this need, Lichfields was asked to manage and submit a planning application for a 409 bedspace development on behalf of student housing developer BAM Connislow. The scheme, on a prime site near Northumbria University, represents an £18.4 million investment in an inner city area in need of regeneration.  The scheme is expected to open in time for the 2017/18 academic year.
