Lichfields to host EIA seminar at Homes England’s Summer learning programme
13 Jun 2023Lichfields is delighted to provide insight and guidance on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) at Homes England’s Summer learning programme.
The session, which takes place on Tuesday 18th July via Microsoft Teams, is aimed at local government and housing association professionals involved in development. It will help delegates understand EIA and the way ahead from a public sector point of view.
The session will cover:

What public sector partners need to know about EIA and the four key EIA workstreams;

Expert thinking and case law on aspects of EIA, with a regeneration site case study example; and

Which way now? A review of DLUHC’s consultation on proposals to replace the current EIA system in England.
