Leading in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) co-ordination and its relationship to the planning system, Gayle works on a variety of large scale housing, mixed use, industrial and energy projects. In addition to providing specialist EIA advice and managing large multidisciplinary teams, Gayle also gives general planning advice and carries out stakeholder consultation.
In recognition of her specialist skill set in sustainability and EIA, Gayle has been Registered EIA Practitioner member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment since 2018. Gayle joined Lichfields in 2014 and has previously worked for land promoters and a renewable energy developer.
