Judith Livesey

Judith is a highly experienced town planner and urban designer and an expert in the townscape and visual analysis of sensitive sites. Her wide ranging experience includes tall buildings, large scale mixed use town centre schemes, residential and mixed use urban regeneration, major sports, cultural and leisure schemes, healthcare and education facilities and urban extensions. Judith’s other areas of expertise include preparing conservation area appraisals, heritage assessments and advising on projects with Green Belt or Metropolitan Open Land issues.

She advises housebuilders, landowners, developers and local planning authorities in urban and rural settings across the UK including in London. Judith joined Lichfields in 1998 having worked previously worked in local government and for architectural practices.
