- Jennie Baker (London) to Planning Director;
- Tom Willshaw (Leeds), Nuala Wheatley (London), Nancy Stuart (London), and Heather Overhead (Newcastle) to Associate Director; and
- Colin Smith (London) to Senior Townscape Consultant.
